My First Metro (Subway) RIde

I wanted to go to the bookstore to buy Japanese books for the kindergarten.  I headed off on my own, which meant I tackled the subway alone.  It was quite the adventure.

Signs are pretty clear and everything is color-coded so it was manageable with my very small amount of Japanese.  No one talks on the subway, but everyone texts.  I was on the ride carting all the books when I looked up and saw every single person across from me texting!  ;)  I thought it would be rude to obviously take a picture of the whole row, but I did manage to catch a few people.
